The special filler material makes the fender bear amazing resilience ability from compression, even when under high-pressure deflection for several months, its still can be 100% restitution and also with small density and light weight, more than 50% of the fender volume are floating above the water, which can be positioned at ideal waterline, therefore ensure the effect of protection.
